Well - it was definitely an adventure. We took a 36 hours train ride to Seattle for Thanksgiving this year! Packed up the family - brought along the in-laws and Brother in law & Girlfriend too! The best thing I can sum the trip up by saying is.....it was very Gwiswald like! We had fun but there were many adventures and stories along the way! Here is a sampling of the fun times

This was the view we saw for hours during the DRIVE home! Yes - I said DRIVE! Just outside of Oakland our train was evacuated for possible Ecoli in the water system! Fun huh? So instead of waiting around all day and being shuffled all over via train and bus, we rented a car and drove! It took us 8 1/2 hours to get home! Boy was is great to be home!
