Too Long....end of 2011

Thanksgiving: Brady's class led the Thanksgiving prayer service at school - we were so proud of Brady for memorizing such a big part.

We then headed to Havasu to spend time with my family - Mom made an amazing dinner - kids had a great relaxing time! Abbie got some great cousin time in with Amelia too!

Cheer season started in November! Abbie is on the Junior Level 2 team and is excited for the season ahead! We had a local competition in Anaheim and then headed to Las Vegas right before Christmas! Her team did well in both competitions but no 1st places yet!

We were able to fit in our annual Santa tradition with the Litz Family this year too! We always love spending the holidays with our God Sons....and Abbie and Brady love having the company! This was our 11th year doing this tradition - I am so thankful that my kids still love it as much as I do too!

Brady, Abbie, Mitch and Matt!

Abbie and I were able to get in our annual American Girl store trip too! This year we invited the Anderson's with us. It was their first time there. It was a great day for all of us! Another tradition that I treasure and hope goes on for a long time!
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas for us without a trip to Disneyland to watch the Christmas Parade! It was cold the night we went....I had to sit on the curb for over 2 hours to hold our spot - but the magic made it all worth it!

This year Brady played NJB Basketball for the first time! He really took to it quickly and loved playing. His team was the Thunder Cats! It was a mixed school team but he did have 3 classmates with him! This is his best buddy Vance and him before picture day!

This is our annual cousin christmas picture! This is the 3rd year we have done it -and by far this was the most difficult to get! But I am sure I will love having these when the 3 of them are older!
Nothing says Christmas like Las Vegas right? Here is Miss Abbie and her team competing at the MGM Grand 5 days before Christmas! It was a fun weekend - the girls did great!

Finally - Christmas Eve! This year we spent Christmas Eve with the Herrmann family....and all their extended family! Mass was beautiful - our evening was cut a bit short cause the Herrmann family was all passing the stomach flu around so we opted to head home!

Time for traditional Christmas Eve presents!

Then we had to say goodbye to Foxy and Bononza for the year! Off to bed so Santa can come!

SANTA CAME!!!!!

Christmas day at Magaw and Pagaw's! Always great memories!

Tim and his brother Pat

Most special picture ever!!! He sure LOVES her!

Uncle Pat took Abbie for a ride!

For New Years we escaped to Havasu for 6 long days! It was so nice!

We celebrated Christmas with my family and loved just hanging out and relaxing! A GREAT way to begin 2012!

So - that is the wrap up of 2011 for us! 2012 is off to a great start already as well!

Happy and Healthy - those are the goals for 2012! HEALTHY being the key one!
