He Passed!!!!

Just as I knew he would!!! So glad that the studying and late nights are over! He is on his way home now....let the celebration begin!!!!

Clarification: IFR rating is what you need in order to fly on non clear days! So - being that we live in Orange County - the Maine layer is often a problem. Now that Tim is has his IFR (Instrument flight rating) he can fly in the clouds. It doesn't mean he can fly in bad weather - just when it is cloudy we will be OK now! Hope that make sense!
